Shipping of your order

Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days after reception of the payment. They are sent through postal service or Fedex. Whatever the shipping methode you choose, we will send you a tracking number.

Shipping cost include packing and shipping fees. Packing fees are fixed per piece, while shipping fees vary, base on size/weight of the package. We encourage you to group all your products in one single order to minimize shipping cost. We can not guarantee orders placed separately can be grouped in a single package. Should you wish to do so, please send us a message as soon as you have placed your orders. Your package is shipped at your own risks but items are insured and fragile items are very carefully packed.

Dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your articles are very well protected, in most case in a double boxing (except for small utilitarian items).
